​Tsujido-Nishikaigan 2chome Park was built due to the development project to integrate and regenerate the Tsujido Housing Complex which was built in 1964. Since the park site is located in the center of the development project area, we aimed to make a good impression of the entire area at the schematic design phase. At the design development phase, we developed our design and estimated the construction budget based on consultation with the future manager of this park. We also wrote the documents to observe the regulation of landscape preservation and the regulation of greening, and the documents to transfer the park to the future manager.
