A Great Lawn Utilizing the Terraced Landform

Asuka Historical National Government Park is located in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture. It was constructed to preserve many historical and cultural heritages that remain in this neighborhood. For the Ishibutai area of this park, we designed a great lawn by utilizing the existing terraced landform, used the local plants such as Japanese pampas grass, and created a space harmonized with its historical landscape of Asuka. Asuka Kazebutai, a multipurpose resting place was also built in this area, and it has enabled to have various events here.
